About the role

The Executive of Driver and Transporter Recruitment is responsible for attracting, onboarding, and developing a network of professional drivers and transport partners across the country. The role ensures compliance with company standards, supports integration processes, and minimizes turnover within the transportation workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a nationwide marketing plan to recruit drivers and transporters for the micro‑entrepreneur and third‑party models.
• Handle all administrative procedures required for driver affiliation, aligning with client and logistics requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date digital and physical records of all drivers in the system.
• Coordinate delivery of uniforms and safety equipment and keep inventory records current.
• Lead integration, adaptation, training and development programs to ensure smooth onboarding and low attrition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum two years of proven experience in sales, commercial recruitment or personnel hiring.
• Experience with driver affiliation processes and fleet administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Own vehicle and availability to work Monday‑Friday 8:00‑17:00 and Saturdays 8:00‑12:00 in the Distrito Nacional.
