About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Executive to join our commercial team in Santo Domingo. The role involves promoting and selling a range of products and services across the country, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract new potential customers in assigned territories.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face meetings and visits with existing and prospective clients.
• Present the company’s product portfolio and negotiate agreements to close sales.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of key accounts and meet monthly/quarterly sales objectives.
• Manage collections and ensure timely payment from customers.
• Travel throughout the country according to the work plan, using a personal vehicle.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field such as Marketing; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in external sales and handling key accounts.
• Strong negotiation skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Effective communication, organization and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive attitude, customer focus and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
• Own vehicle and ability to travel extensively.
