Director, On-Premise & Commercial Execution – Caribbean

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director to lead on‑premise and commercial execution across the Caribbean region. This senior position will drive growth by translating global strategies into local actions, ensuring flawless execution of commercial initiatives, and fostering strong partnerships with bottling partners and key customers.

Key responsibilities

• Implement channel strategies based on OU playbooks, adapting them to Caribbean market realities.
• Oversee the execution of winning PICOS across relevant channels in the region.
• Lead the localization of OU strategies for each Caribbean market, establishing frameworks and guidelines.
• Secure resources to develop and implement value‑creating solutions that boost category incidence, profit, and volume.
• Identify regional opportunities and support local operations in defining impactful initiatives.
• Define and influence the overall on‑premise channel strategy for Central America and the Caribbean.
• Champion data‑driven decision‑making using shopper insights, category management, and analytics.
• Communicate strategic priorities and performance metrics to internal leadership, bottling partners, and senior customer stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Management.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in commercial operations, with strong expertise in channel strategy and execution across traditional and modern trade.
• Proven strategic and analytical capabilities.
