Director of Spa & Wellness

About the role

The Director of Spa & Wellness will shape and deliver a world‑class wellness experience at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Dominican Republic – Tropicalia. Reporting to senior resort leadership, you will create an innovative, holistic spa and wellness program that positions the property as a premier wellness destination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive wellness strategy aligned with Four Seasons standards.
• Oversee all spa, salon, retail, and fitness operations, ensuring exceptional guest service.
• Drive revenue growth, meet monthly spa revenue targets, and manage expenses within budget.
• Maintain quality of service and product standards, including facility upkeep.
• Lead, train, and motivate a multidisciplinary team of spa and wellness professionals.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality operations.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of meeting revenue and budget objectives.
• Excellent guest‑service orientation and ability to uphold Four Seasons brand standards.
• Demonstrated ability to develop innovative wellness concepts and programs.
