Digital Support Associate

About the role

Flash is looking for a Digital Support Associate to join its Operations team in Santo Domingo. You will ensure accurate parking pricing on the platform, respond to operator inquiries, and help maintain a seamless, customer‑first experience.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update parking location data using the company’s data‑management tool.
• Provide first‑level support to parking operators via email, phone and text.
• Escalate complex cases to senior support staff and document investigation notes.
• Collaborate with internal teams on specialised tasks and ad‑hoc projects.
• Offer feedback on team processes and help monitor routine activities.

Required profile

• Recent (within 4 years) experience in a high‑volume call or email support environment.
• Self‑motivated, proactive learner with a positive attitude toward feedback.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and proven track record of meeting goals.
• Effective communication and collaborative attitude with colleagues and supervisors.
