Customer Collaboration Analyst

About the role

As a Customer Collaboration Analyst for the Traditional Channel, you will act as the strategic bridge between Colgate‑Palmolive’s customers and its internal supply chain. Based in Santo Domingo, you will work within the Customer Development Team to build collaborative relationships that optimise logistics, align supply with demand and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own customer segmentation, cost‑to‑serve analysis and joint growth strategies.
• Partner with Demand Planning, Logistics, Warehouses, Global Business Services and commercial teams to improve service compliance.
• Integrate external customer inventory and sales data into demand planning processes.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement solutions such as order profile optimisation and direct dispatch initiatives.
• Monitor and ensure performance against KPIs including Complete Deliveries, On‑Time Deliveries and On‑Shelf Availability.
• Coordinate executive visits and strategic meetings using standardised scorecards.
• Promote new digital tools and ways of working to accelerate decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer operations, commercial logistics, supply chain or sales, preferably in FMCG/CPG.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Experience with SAP (preferred).
