Corporate Banking Analyst – Santo Domingo

About the role

The Corporate Banking Analyst supports senior bankers in delivering comprehensive banking solutions to corporate clients. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who wants to contribute to strategic advisory, capital markets activities, and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client‑facing materials such as proposals, pitch books, and presentations.
• Conduct financial statement analysis, credit assessments, and valuation modeling.
• Assist in the origination and execution of credit facilities, treasury solutions, and capital‑markets advisory.
• Perform economic, industry, and company research to identify trends and risks.
• Draft written recommendations, statistical exhibits, and internal reports.
• Follow risk assessment frameworks, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with bankers, product specialists, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client service.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in corporate banking, investment banking, credit analysis, or a related financial services role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of corporate finance principles, loan products, debt capital markets, treasury services, and relevant regulations.
