Coordinador Regional de Asuntos Regulatorios y Operaciones Comerciales

About the role

Emcure Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Regional Coordinator of Regulatory Affairs and Commercial Operations to oversee regulatory activities and support commercial operations across Central America and the Caribbean. The position is based in Santo Domingo and works on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate sanitary registration processes, renewals, variations, and product maintenance, collaborating with distributor regulatory teams and Emcure’s corporate regulatory department.
• Monitor and support the launch of new products in the region’s markets.
• Organize and deliver product training for Emcure’s promotional team.
• Manage regulatory documentation and ensure compliance with each market’s requirements.
• Liaise cross‑functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Medical Affairs and corporate headquarters.
• Follow up with regulatory authorities and distributors on pending matters.
• Prepare progress reports, key performance indicators and project updates.
• Maintain up‑to‑date regulatory information and ensure adherence to corporate policies and standards.

Required profile

• Pharmacy degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of sanitary registration procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong organizational, coordination and follow‑up abilities.
