About the role

We are seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Patient Support Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments promptly and efficiently.
• Oversee appointment distribution to maintain balanced schedules and respect clinic limits.
• Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism, providing clear information about services and procedures.
• Verify and update patient information to ensure accuracy in the clinic system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a respectful attitude toward patients and team members.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

What we offer

• Training salary of DOP 26,000 per month for the first month.
• Post‑training salary of DOP 30,000 per month.
