Coordinador Funcional – Microsoft Dynamics 365

About the role

The Functional Coordinator will ensure the proper operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the organization’s ERP system. You will manage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform functionally, aligning it with business processes and requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and document needs from various areas, respecting business processes and guidelines.
• Plan work for the incorporation of new technologies and functionalities related to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Monitor and coordinate the execution of technology implementation projects, ensuring quality and deliverable compliance.
• Configure and parameterize functional modules of Dynamics 365 that are implemented.
• Prepare data for system operation, including bulk loads and validation to guarantee data integrity.
• Define and coordinate customizations required to adapt Dynamics 365 to organizational needs.
• Coordinate integration of Dynamics 365 with other company platforms and systems.
• Provide functional support to users and coordinate training activities on Dynamics 365.
• Support development teams (internal or external) in defining functionalities, creating use cases, and executing tests.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP systems, implementation, administration, or technology infrastructure.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 AX and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Certification in Scrum.
