Senior AI Product Manager

About the role

The company is looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of AI-powered and agentic products. The role works with Engineering, Data Science, UX and business teams to find AI opportunities that improve customer experience, automate workflows, increase productivity and deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate combines strong product management experience with hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents and SaaS products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the roadmap for AI-powered and agentic products.
• Lead AI initiatives from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through AI and automation.
• Work with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Sales and Customer Success to build and launch AI solutions.
• Turn business and customer needs into product requirements, KPIs and measurable outcomes.
• Prioritise initiatives by customer impact, business value and technical feasibility.
• Run customer research, market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
• Develop business cases for AI investments and present product strategy to leadership.
• Monitor product performance and keep improving it using data and user feedback.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including security, privacy, governance and human oversight.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• Experience delivering AI-powered, Generative AI, automation or machine-learning products.
• Strong experience working with Engineering, Data Science and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents and AI-powered workflows.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience defining product KPIs, roadmaps and business cases.
• Ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear customer and business value.
• English level C1 or higher.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with AI-native SaaS products.
• Familiarity with RAG, copilots, conversational AI or agentic workflows.
• Experience with enterprise applications, APIs and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Azure AI, AWS, Google Cloud or similar AI platforms.
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex business processes.
