About the role

The Regulatory Affairs Coordinator will oversee and monitor the regulatory processes for private‑brand products, ensuring all legal and normative requirements are met for import, registration and market launch. The role works closely with internal departments and external regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track registration, renewal and updating of regulatory documentation required for importing and commercialising private‑brand products.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customs agents and internal teams to guarantee compliance with import, nationalisation and regulatory documentation requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records and ensure timely submission of required filings to regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• Degree in Law, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in regulatory affairs, sanitary registrations or related processes.
• Preferably experience in the pharmaceutical, industrial or consumer‑goods sector.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
