About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Senior Real Estate Consultant to provide personalized, consultative advice to clients across in‑person, phone, and virtual channels. The role focuses on identifying client needs, presenting tailored proposals, and guiding customers through the entire sales and administrative process.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized advice to clients in person, by phone, and virtually.
• Identify client needs and present commercial proposals that match their profile.
• Prepare and present quotations.
• Maintain continuous follow‑up with prospects and commercial opportunities.
• Manage the closing of sales and accompany clients through commercial and administrative steps.
• Keep client records and activity logs up‑to‑date in CRM or other control tools.
• Channel client inquiries, complaints, or requests to the appropriate departments.
• Gather market information and conduct competitor analysis.
• Participate in commercial meetings and track results.

Required profile

• Professional or technologist degree in administration, commerce or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in consultative or high‑relationship sales (real‑estate experience not mandatory).
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and basic to intermediate Excel.
• Strong orientation toward service, negotiation and achieving targets.
