Commercial Finance Senior Analyst

About the role

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is looking for a Commercial Finance Senior Analyst to partner with Sales, Marketing and Engineering teams. The role focuses on driving profitable growth through revenue planning, product optimization and financial performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and lead profitability management projects across multiple revenue streams.
• Use data insights to influence cross‑functional teams and build consensus.
• Provide finance input to the SIOP process in collaboration with Operations and Marketing.
• Supervise contract structuring to ensure financial benefits and alignment with company goals.
• Lead product optimization initiatives with rigorous financial analysis and market research.
• Conduct sales and incentive program analyses to assess effectiveness.
• Advise on pricing strategies based on market trends, cost structures and competition.
• Oversee data review, ensure accuracy of financial information and disseminate key data to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of finance experience in a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with sales and marketing to boost revenue and profitability.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving mindset and ability to explain financial concepts to non‑finance audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
