Collections Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Collections Representative to handle and resolve outstanding accounts for residential and commercial clients. The role is fully remote and involves professional communication with clients to secure payments and maintain accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct effective and professional collection calls.
• Prepare and deliver reports based on supplied data and documentation.
• Provide timely updates on collection status and workload.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow, prioritising collection activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant collection policies and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as required by the collection process and management.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Verified experience in collections or a related field.
• Professional attitude and ethical behaviour.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organised and pay attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good information‑sharing capabilities.
• Capacity to prioritise tasks and follow specific instructions when needed.
