Collections Analyst – Credit to Cash Specialist

About the role

The Collections Analyst supports the credit‑to‑cash cycle for TD SYNNEX’s Caribbean Central America region, ensuring customers in the Dominican Republic can purchase products while maintaining healthy cash flow. The role analyses creditworthiness, manages accounts receivable and coordinates order releases.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer financial statements and balance sheets to assess credit risk.
• Review trade payment reports and identify payment patterns.
• Examine security agreements, personal guarantees and UCC filings.
• Manage accounts receivable, perform collections and reconcile variances.
• Maintain and monitor credit lines for assigned customers or markets.
• Authorize customer order releases based on credit limits and AR status.
• Identify and resolve root‑cause issues affecting the credit‑to‑cash process, collaborating with sales and operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to attendance standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma (minimum).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in collections, credit, or finance.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong attention to detail, basic mathematical ability and data‑entry accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, handle confidential information and meet deadlines under pressure.

Required skills

• Financial analysis of balance sheets and income statements.
• Credit and accounts‑receivable management.
• Data entry and use of computer applications at an intermediate level.
