Collection Analyst – Dominican Republic

About the role

The Credit & Collections Analyst supports TD SYNNEX's credit‑to‑cash cycle by evaluating customer creditworthiness and managing accounts receivable. Based in the Dominican Republic, the analyst ensures timely product sales, order releases, and collections while collaborating with sales and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer financial statements (balance sheets, income statements) to assess credit risk.
• Review trade payment reports to identify payment patterns.
• Evaluate security agreements, personal guarantees, and UCC filings.
• Manage accounts receivable for an assigned customer base, including collections and variance reconciliation.
• Maintain and adjust credit lines for designated markets or customers.
• Authorize customer order releases based on credit limits and receivable status.
• Identify and resolve root‑cause issues affecting the credit‑to‑cash cycle, coordinating with sales, operations, and customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to attendance standards.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; high‑school diploma required.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all management levels.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision.
