Client Success Agent (Debt Settlement)

About the role

The Client Success Agent provides voice‑based support to customers enrolled in our debt settlement program. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain accurate account documentation, and build positive rapport to help clients regain financial stability.

Key responsibilities

• Use Salesforce to manage client interactions and resolve inquiries.
• Address complex client scenarios with empathy, active listening, and subject‑matter knowledge.
• Document client discussions clearly and concisely.
• Present settlement proposals for client approval and guide next steps toward financial goals.
• Assist clients facing creditor legal actions and provide appropriate guidance.
• Escalate issues to managers or other departments when necessary.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in a relationship‑based support or customer service role.
• Experience in a financial or banking environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to remain professional and patient when handling complex problems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the broader Office suite.
