Client Onboarding Specialist (LATAM)

About the role

As a Client Onboarding Specialist at Fiesta Health, you will be the friendly, dependable voice families hear from the moment they are referred until they are enrolled and receiving services. This phone‑first position focuses on guiding families through onboarding, answering questions, gathering information, and removing obstacles.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for families from referral through enrollment.
• Conduct proactive outreach and follow‑up calls to collect required information and documentation.
• Assist families with insurance verification, authorizations, and documentation.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments, sending timely reminders.
• Identify and resolve barriers such as insurance transitions, transportation challenges, or missing paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of all family interactions in company systems.
• Help build and document repeatable outreach and onboarding processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience in phone‑based outreach, intake, scheduling, or client/patient onboarding, preferably in healthcare.
• Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone with clients or families.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and sound judgment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a warm, empathetic approach.
• Strong organizational skills to manage high‑volume outreach and follow‑ups.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet, professional home office.
