Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Hybrid, Santo Domingo

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy of our fintech and investment businesses. Based in a hybrid setting in Santo Domingo, the CFO will partner closely with the CEO and senior teams to drive growth, secure funding, and ensure robust financial governance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute funding strategies for Kompii and Fraxion, including credit facilities, private debt, equity and co‑investment structures.
• Manage liquidity, treasury operations and obligations to investors and creditors.
• Develop budgets, financial projections and short‑ and medium‑term cash‑flow forecasts.
• Measure profitability across products, portfolios, channels and markets.
• Strengthen portfolio reporting (delinquency, aging, vintages, losses, recoveries, concentration, risk‑adjusted returns).
• Enhance internal controls, financial policies and corporate governance.
• Coordinate financial consolidation and inter‑company flows across entities in the United States, Venezuela and the Dominican Republic.
• Prepare financial models, data rooms and reports for banks, funds and investors.
• Support fundraising initiatives and manage relationships with lenders, investors and financial institutions.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of senior‑level financial experience in fintech, credit, factoring, banking, investment or debt funds.
• Proven track record in fundraising, debt financing and credit‑facility negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management, financial planning, credit‑portfolio analysis and debt structuring.
• Fluent in Spanish and professional English.
