About the role
We are looking for a skilled butcher to join the Centro Cuesta Nacional family. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, classifying and precisely cutting meat, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
Key responsibilities
- Receive daily meat deliveries and verify quality and specifications.
- Classify cuts according to product specifications.
- Perform precise muscle separations and trimming to produce ready‑to‑sell portions.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the cutting area.
- Clean and maintain cutting equipment and workstations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in meat processing or butcher work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive cutting tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Meat cutting and trimming techniques.
- Knowledge of standard meat cuts and muscle anatomy.
- Use of professional cutting tools and equipment.
- Compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
