Business Performance & Measurement Manager

About the role

The Business Performance & Measurement Manager supports Retail Banking leaders by identifying improvement opportunities and analysing data. The role contributes to the overall success of Business Performance & Measurement for Retail Banking in the Caribbean, ensuring that specific objectives, plans and initiatives are executed in line with the team’s business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to the Personal Banking team, identifying improvement opportunities, business trends, performance variations and productivity of sales officers and branches.
• Support implementation of new initiatives aligned with bank strategies.
• Prepare reports and presentations to aid decision‑making for Personal Banking & Small Business teams.
• Lead data‑driven projects to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and according to requirements.
• Monitor data integrity for monthly, quarterly and annual Retail CCA reports and collaborate with the Retail IB team on business reporting activities.
• Continuously monitor performance management and sales results, identifying gaps using weekly and monthly sales reports and platforms such as Counselor/Sales Platform, Scotia Protect, etc.
• Promote a high‑performance, inclusive culture, supporting talent attraction, retention, development and succession planning.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience relevant to the role.
• Proven experience in performance analysis, reporting and data‑driven decision support within a retail banking environment.
• Understanding of risk appetite and risk culture considerations in daily activities.
• Ability to manage projects, budgets and stakeholder expectations.
