About the role

Marsh is looking for a bilingual Operations Analyst for its Consumer & Affinity team, based in the Dominican Republic. This is a hybrid position requiring at least three days a week in the office. The role covers corporate and individual client service, internal follow-ups, reporting and administrative movements.

Key responsibilities

  • Customer service for corporate and individual clients
  • Internal follow-ups and reporting
  • Administrative tasks and movements

Required profile

  • University student or graduate
  • 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably in insurance or administrative positions
  • Intermediate to advanced English (B2)

Required skills

  • Intermediate Excel (pivot tables)
  • Dynamic interest, proactivity and willingness to learn
