Bilingual Customer Service Representative (In-Center)

About the role

TransPerfect is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to work on‑site, providing high‑quality support to financial and banking customers. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, assessing needs, and delivering effective solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in a pleasant, professional manner and document each interaction.
• Assess customer needs quickly and provide proactive solutions.
• Resolve product or service issues by identifying the cause, explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain and update customer records and account information.
• Communicate with internal departments to coordinate issue resolution.
• Follow up on special cases and complete any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of financial customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of call‑center experience.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
• Strong mathematical ability, decision‑making, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional, empathetic communication style.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
