Auxiliar de Producción y Encargado de Herramientas

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, responsible and proactive individual to manage the storage and dispatch of tools and workshop supplies, while also providing support to production and finishing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entry, exit and return of workshop tools using formal records and spreadsheets.
• Maintain orderly shelves and monitor consumable levels, issuing restocking alerts as needed.
• Inspect returned tools for operational condition and report maintenance or faults.
• Assist the workshop and installation teams with finishing tasks and internal logistics when not handling dispatch duties.

Required profile

• High school diploma completed.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, dispatch, inventory, or workshop/production assistance roles.
• Proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and ability to enforce inventory controls.
• Residence in Puerto Plata or surrounding areas.
• All personal and legal documentation up to date.
