Assignment Completion Specialist

About the role

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Assignment Completion Specialist to make sure scheduled visits for all clinical staff are completed on time and accurately. The role covers Case Coordinators, Field Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Therapists, Social Workers and Home Health Aides.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor scheduled visits and follow up on outstanding assignments
• Coordinate with clinical staff and ensure visit documentation is submitted according to company policy and deadlines
• Process assigned visits and update them in the scheduling system, changing visit codes as needed
• Do time corrections for completed visits
• Handle staffing changes requested by patients and families or by the Patient Care Manager
• Answer telephone calls promptly and respond to messages quickly
• Communicate weekly with vendor agencies about invoice or HHS duty sheet errors
• Perform other office and clerical duties as assigned

Required profile

• C1 English and Spanish proficiency
• Office experience as a scheduler preferred
• Data entry experience preferred
• Self-directed, with good organizational and interpersonal skills

Required skills

• Able to use IBM-compatible systems and equipment
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
