Scheduler - Kitchen Safety Appliances Installation

About the role

A company that installs kitchen safety appliances is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and proactive Scheduler. You will be the main point of contact for customers and the installation team, managing the scheduling of installation and service appointments from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a reliable communicator who handles multiple priorities and keeps the schedule running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm and remind customers of installation and service appointments by phone, email and text
• Add, cancel or reschedule appointments at the request of customers or the team
• Coordinate technician and installer calendars so that jobs are assigned efficiently
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate changes quickly to customers and field staff
• Inform customers of what they need to know before their appointment
• Keep accurate job and scheduling records in the company systems
• Prepare schedules and reports as requested by management
• Provide excellent customer service and flag delays or issues early

Required profile

• Previous scheduling, dispatch or administrative experience
• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to handle several tasks at once and solve problems quickly
• Proactive, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
