About the role

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our international team, supporting billing and accounts‑receivable processes. The role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who want to develop a long‑term career in finance while working with both local and overseas clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the firm’s billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice issuance.
• Follow up on accounts receivable for national and international customers.
• Prepare and send client statements.
• Administer client billing platforms, including ERP and e‑Billing systems.
• Support the creation and maintenance of billing concepts in SAP.
• Respond to client inquiries related to billing and collections.
• Collaborate with the Finance team on continuous‑improvement initiatives for billing and collection processes.

Required profile

• Student in the final term or recent graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience or internships in accounts receivable, billing, accounting or financial operations.
• Advanced oral and written English.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving attitude.
• Organized, proactive and comfortable interacting with clients.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP and e‑Billing platforms.
