Asesor de Ventas – Santo Domingo Este y Zona Este

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to cover Santo Domingo East and the surrounding Eastern Zone (including La Romana, Higüey and Punta Cana). The professional will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, generating new business opportunities and ensuring the sales targets are met within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customers in the designated geographic area.
• Prospect and acquire new clients, conduct market analysis and identify sales opportunities.
• Prepare, follow‑up and close quotations, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Perform basic financial planning and management related to sales activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report results to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Knowledge of hardware (ferretería) or electrical products is a plus.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Residence in Santo Domingo East or the Eastern Zone with good knowledge of the area.

• Competitive base salary plus commission (3 % on each collection).
• Fuel allowance and vehicle maintenance subsidy.
• Regular working hours: Monday‑Friday 8:30 AM‑5:30 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM‑12:00 PM.
