Analyst I, Submission Onboarding

About the role

Forward Financing, a financial technology company based in Boston, Massachusetts, is looking for an Analyst I, Submission Onboarding for its Dominican Republic operations. The role ensures that all submitted information from partners is valid and complies with the company's criteria. You will report to the Manager I, Pre-Decision and work closely with People and Culture, other operations teams and Process Improvement positions.

Key responsibilities

• KYB and KYC verification: inspect, authenticate and validate Know Your Business and Know Your Customer documents, confirming data integrity before moving deals forward.
• Intake decisioning: evaluate new submissions and renewals against minimum criteria to accept, hold or decline deals.
• Communicate with Prequalification and Processing teams to resolve file discrepancies and missing data.
• Help monitor and balance the funding queue so turnaround times meet service level agreements.
• Maintain high standards for production volume and accuracy, minimizing downstream delays.
• Use Lattice to log bi-weekly performance, track metrics and prepare review check-ins with your manager.
• Follow company policies, risk protocols and the Forward Compass values.

Required profile
