About the role

We are looking for a People Analytics Analyst who will move beyond routine HR operations and become a strategic partner for the business. The role focuses on turning HR data into actionable insights that drive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze human‑resource data to spot trends, risks and opportunities.
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards that support business decisions.
• Transform operational information (attendance, turnover, vacations, employee climate, etc.) into actionable insights.
• Assist in measuring key performance indicators for the People function.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities in HR processes using data.
• Monitor metrics related to turnover, absenteeism, performance and organizational structure.
• Support the automation and optimisation of reporting processes.

Required profile

• Professional or final‑year student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in analytical, administrative or data‑management roles.
• Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking and result‑orientation.
• Genuine interest in converting data into business decisions.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory).
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or similar (plus).
