About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to manage end‑to‑end hiring processes for operational, administrative and specialized positions. The professional will ensure talent attraction, assessment and hiring aligned with business needs and company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for various roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Design and implement talent attraction strategies using multiple channels and platforms.
• Conduct active candidate searches, resume screening, competency‑based interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules and support hiring managers throughout each stage.
• Maintain candidate communication until the hiring decision is finalized.
• Provide a positive experience for both candidates and internal clients.
• Keep recruitment data and talent pools up‑to‑date.
• Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to strengthen sourcing and selection.

Required profile

• Graduate or advanced student in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
• Minimum two years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in mass‑consumer companies.
• Proficiency in competency‑based interviewing techniques.
• Knowledge of talent attraction strategies and recruitment tools.
• Willingness to travel within Santo Domingo.
