About the role

We are looking for a Technology Infrastructure Analyst to ensure the laboratory’s IT environment runs smoothly. The role involves installing and configuring hardware and software, monitoring systems, assisting internal users, and resolving incidents to protect the company’s data and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installations, configurations and upgrades of servers, storage and networking equipment.
• Monitor infrastructure health and performance, responding to alerts promptly.
• Provide first‑line support to laboratory users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, documenting solutions and preventive measures.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures and asset inventories.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in a similar IT infrastructure role.
• Desirable ITIL certification.

Required skills

• Administration of Nutanix environments.
• Server virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and cloud‑computing concepts.
• Solid understanding of operating systems and virtualization fundamentals.
