About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to support the execution of HR processes, ensuring proper control of personnel documentation, recruitment, onboarding, attendance monitoring and employee services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and selection processes.
• Coordinate hiring, induction and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain up‑to‑date physical and digital personnel files.
• Track attendance, vacations, permits and medical leaves.
• Prepare letters, certifications and other labor documents.
• Support record keeping and updates in the TSS and the Ministry of Labor.
• Assist with training, wellbeing and organizational climate activities.
• Respond to employee requests and follow up on assigned cases.

Required profile

• Professional or final‑year student in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar HR position.
• Knowledge of Dominican labor legislation, TSS, Sisalril and the Ministry of Labor.
• Experience in recruitment and personnel administration.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written communication and ability to handle labor documents with confidentiality and attention to detail.
