Analista de Finanzas – Cuentas por Cobrar y Facturación

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join MINIÑO’s finance team, focusing on accounts receivable, billing and financial operations in an international professional services environment. The role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to three years of experience who want to build a long‑term career in finance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the firm’s billing process to ensure timely and accurate invoice issuance.
• Monitor accounts receivable for both national and international clients.
• Prepare and send client account statements.
• Manage client billing platforms, including ERP and e‑Billing systems.
• Support the creation and maintenance of billing concepts in SAP.
• Respond to client inquiries related to invoicing and collections.
• Collaborate with the finance team on continuous‑improvement initiatives for billing and collection processes.

Required profile

• Final year or graduate of Commercial Engineering, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 0‑3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, accounting or financial operations.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP and e‑Billing platforms.
