About the role
Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process, from supplier identification to price analysis, while communicating daily in English and German.
Key responsibilities
- Identify suitable suppliers, execute RFPs and prepare price analyses.
- Collect, compile and analyse procurement data.
- Conduct and manage supplier evaluations for clients.
- Support clients with ad‑hoc sourcing requests, cost changes and supplier performance management.
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and suppliers.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
- Experience in strategic procurement and full S2C cycles.
- Proactive, hands‑on approach and comfortable asking the right questions.
- Adaptable to various categories, situations and work settings.
- Strong time‑management and project‑management skills.
- Excellent quantitative, analytical and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel: data analysis, visualization, formulas, pivots and handling large data sets.
