Analista de Contabilidad y Finanzas

About the role

We are looking for an organized, responsible and analytical professional to manage and monitor the company’s accounting and financial operations. The analyst will support management by providing accurate financial information and timely reports to aid decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Control and record all income, expenses, collections and payments.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Organize and maintain financial documentation.
• Prepare periodic financial reports that reflect the company’s economic situation.
• Assist management in interpreting financial indicators and making strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar accounting/finance role.
• Strong knowledge of the complete accounting cycle.
• Familiarity with Dominican Republic fiscal regulations.
• High level of organization, confidentiality and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – intermediate to advanced.
• Proficiency with accounting and administrative software.
