Accounting Officer – Reconciliation & IEP

About the role

The Accounting Officer – Reconciliation & IEP supports the Operations & Corporate Services team by ensuring accurate reconciliation, item and exception processing, and garnishment activities. The role contributes to the bank’s overall operational success while maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑in‑class customer service, meeting Service Level Agreement commitments.
• Execute daily reconciliation, item and exception processing tasks efficiently.
• Identify, escalate, and help resolve trends, problems, and opportunities.
• Support unplanned activities and assist partners to prevent future issues.
• Contribute insights and recommendations for process and tool improvements.
• Adhere to operational risk, regulatory compliance, AML/ATF, and privacy frameworks.
• Participate in business continuity planning and execution.
