Systems Support Engineer II

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Support Engineer II to provide advanced technical assistance to our U.S.-based clients. This Level 2 position focuses on complex troubleshooting, system administration, and project collaboration within a fast‑paced IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows servers, and Office 365/Exchange environments.
• Configure and maintain network services including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and Remote Desktop Services.
• Deploy, manage, and resolve issues in cloud platforms such as Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement solutions like cloud migrations, virtualization (Hyper‑V), and anti‑spam/anti‑malware protections.
• Serve as an escalation point for hardware, software, and networking problems, including on‑call support.
• Test, support, and document client backup solutions and security measures.
• Produce clear documentation of procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional IT support experience, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Strong foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking components, and security best practices.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
