About the role
The company is looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service representative to handle in‑store and telephone orders for its pastry and fast‑food offerings. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking special orders and will ensure a smooth ordering process from reception to production.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the shop or calling to place special pastry orders.
- Accurately record order details and transmit them to the production department.
- Follow the established order‑taking procedures and maintain clear communication between service and production teams.
- Manage the daily schedule, working 11:00 am–7:00 pm Monday to Saturday and 7:30 am–2:30 pm on Sundays, with one day off per week.
Required profile
- Good verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Reliability and punctuality for the defined working hours.
