Remote Community Manager & Task Administrator

About the role

The Community Manager / Task Administrator will remotely oversee online communities and coordinate daily task workflows, ensuring engaging interactions and timely delivery of assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate community discussions, resolve conflicts, and foster an inclusive environment across multiple channels.
• Respond to member inquiries and support onboarding of new community or team members.
• Organize, assign, and track tasks, monitoring progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain documentation, prepare status updates, and report on project progress.
• Gather feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements for community engagement and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in community management, moderation, or online support (preferred but not required).
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a remote setting.
• Relevant education or training in communication, administration, business, or related fields.
