Account Manager (Events + Marketing)

About the role

Trolley, a fast-growing creative operations company, is hiring a full-time remote Account Manager (Events + Marketing) based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The role leads events, marketing initiatives and client relationships within the Production team, acting as a counterpart to the Production Lead. It sits under the Project Manager and the Production Lead, with a partial overlap with Pacific Time required.

Key responsibilities

• Own events, podcasts, fellowships and community programs, from vendors, speakers and contracts to post-event follow-up
• Run marketing and content initiatives with the Marketing Coordinator, including campaigns, newsletters, launches and promotions
• Manage projects and partnerships from plan to launch, with clear owners, timelines and success metrics
• Lead client, partner and vendor meetings and status updates, keeping scope and expectations clear
• Keep production, creative, operations and community aligned, raising risks and blockers early
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, reports and accurate CRM records
• Use AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual work in reporting, research and planning

Required profile

• Experience leading several projects at once and managing clients or external partners, ideally in events, marketing, production, agency or media work
• Hands-on execution: writing updates, building trackers and preparing reports when needed
• Clear communication and confidence representing the company in client and partner meetings
• Sound judgment: making day-to-day decisions, escalating strategic ones and flagging risks early
• Nice to have: experience with sponsors, speakers or talent partnerships

Required skills

• Advanced written and spoken English
• Advanced use of AI in daily work
• Nice to have: hands-on use of a CRM and tools such as Notion or ClickUp

The role is not a sales, customer success, executive assistant or creative lead position. Hiring involves a 15-minute interview, a skills test, a 30-minute interview with the manager and a final interview with the CEO.
