Account Manager - Performance Marketing (Remote Global)

About the role

Finch is looking for a Client Success Manager (Performance Marketing) to join its growing global team. You will own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end: setting account strategy, guiding success plans tied to business KPIs, driving growth opportunities and proactively managing retention and risk. The portfolio includes paid media accounts as well as SEO-focused ones. This is a remote role open to candidates willing to work US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Define account goals, KPIs, priorities and quarterly roadmaps with each client
• Run recurring meetings, manage stakeholders, align expectations and document next steps
• Interpret results against metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC vs. LTV and organic growth, and coordinate actions with channel owners
• Identify growth opportunities such as expansions, tests and new initiatives
• Manage account health, retention, renewal and risk, and create mitigation plans

Required profile

• 5+ years as an Account Manager or Client Success Manager in a performance or digital marketing agency
• Primary point of contact for multiple client accounts at once
• Track record of improving client retention or growing accounts, with concrete examples
• Fluent English, written and spoken, able to lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders
• Availability to work with consistent overlap with US business hours
• SEO account management or hands-on SEO experience is an advantage; experience with US or international clients is an advantage
