Medical Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative to drive B2B growth across the Latin American healthcare market. The role combines business development, partnership creation, and account management for a fast‑growing global healthcare technology company. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting doctors and clinics to onboarding and nurturing long‑term provider relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with doctors, clinics, hospitals and other healthcare providers throughout Latin America.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, market research and proactive sourcing.
• Lead the complete sales process – outreach, qualification, presentations, negotiations and closing.
• Deliver compelling virtual or in‑person sales presentations tailored to each provider’s needs.
• Onboard new provider programs and ensure smooth transition from signed partnership to active account.
• Manage and strengthen ongoing provider relationships to support long‑term account growth.
• Accurately track sales activity, pipeline progress and customer issues.

Required profile

• 3–4+ years of B2B sales experience selling directly to medical providers (doctors, clinics, hospitals).
• Fluent English and Spanish with strong professional communication skills; Portuguese is a plus.
• Based in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Brazil, Argentina or the Dominican Republic and able to travel occasionally.
• Proven ability to prospect, engage and close business within the Latin American healthcare market.
• Experience managing the full B2B sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
