Information Technology Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Specialist (Level 2+) to serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues and oversee day‑to‑day IT operations. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure reliable system, network, and endpoint performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, network, and system incidents, meeting defined SLAs.
• Manage identity and access solutions (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace) including provisioning, policy enforcement, and off‑boarding.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot local network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi‑Fi) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365).
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS endpoints using MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) and enforce endpoint protection.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, security audits, and maintain clear technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in IT support, systems administration, or desktop engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.

Required skills

• Windows and macOS enterprise environments.
• Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs.
• Routers, switches, firewalls, Wi‑Fi.
• Cloud services: AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365.
• MDM tools: Intune, Jamf.
• Ticketing systems: Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice.
• Scripting/automation: PowerShell, Bash, Python.
