Human Resources Specialist

About the role

DialNetwork Dominicana is looking for a Human Resources Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Santo Domingo. The role supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee records
• Coordinate benefits and leave processes
• Assist with performance management activities
• Guide team members on HR matters and ensure compliance with local labor regulations
• Collaborate with managers to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
• Contribute to HR projects that improve processes, engagement and talent retention

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills, with discretion handling confidential information
• Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment; prior HR experience is highly beneficial
• Knowledge of Dominican Republic labor laws is an advantage
• Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field is preferred
• Recruitment experience is a plus
