About the role

We are looking for a Hiring Specialist to lead the full‑cycle recruitment of direct‑labor positions at Airlink. The role focuses on attracting, selecting and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for direct‑labor roles using approved recruitment channels.
• Post and maintain job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment sources.
• Execute high‑volume recruitment campaigns to meet operational hiring demands.
• Participate in job fairs, community outreach events, and hiring initiatives.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Review resumes and employment applications.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and behavioral interviews.
• Coordinate and administer pre‑employment assessments.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment processes.
• Ability to handle high‑volume hiring for direct‑labor positions.
• Strong understanding of compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to provide a positive candidate experience.
