About the role
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join SERVAIR‑RD in Punta Cana on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role involves sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, supporting the hiring process, and working closely with hiring managers and HR to fulfil staffing needs while keeping recruitment records up to date.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen and interview candidates to build a qualified talent pool.
- Assist hiring managers throughout the hiring process, from job posting to offer.
- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to align staffing requirements.
- Maintain and update recruitment records and applicant tracking data.
Required profile
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Residence in Punta Cana or Higuey.
- Proven recruitment, sourcing and interviewing abilities.
- Strong candidate screening and evaluation skills.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and hiring procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently with attention to detail.
