About the role

The Finance Manager will plan, direct and supervise the institution's financial management, ensuring financial sustainability, regulatory compliance and timely information for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Oversee preparation and presentation of financial statements and management reports.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity and financing sources.
• Analyze financial indicators and propose optimization strategies.
• Coordinate reporting for senior management, board, strategic partners and funders.
• Ensure compliance with financial, accounting, tax and regulatory policies.
• Maintain relationships with external auditors, banks and investors.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Support decision‑making through financial analysis and risk assessment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration (preferred).
• At least 5 years of senior financial leadership experience.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, analysis and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting regulations.
• Experience in financial institutions, micro‑finance or development sector (preferred).
