About the role

The ATM Follow‑up Officer II ensures the efficient operation of the ATM network by monitoring cash replenishment, resolving malfunctions, and handling retained cards for Banco Popular and partner institutions. The role contributes to customer satisfaction while complying with institutional policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and verify proper cash loading of ATMs by custodial staff and subcontractors.
• Maintain a service‑level agreement (SLA) compliance above 95% for cash replenishment.
• Conduct random surprise cash counts and follow up on identified discrepancies.
• Track cash dispensing performance of assigned ATMs.
• Oversee the resolution of ATM faults and ensure proper closure of incidents, including those handled by subcontractors.
• Collect retained cards from ATMs and deliver them to the appropriate offices within the established timeframe.
• Ensure ATM functionality after each cash loading or fault resolution.

Required profile

• Final‑year student in Systems Engineering or related fields.
• Familiarity with internal policies and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of English.

Required skills

• Understanding of ATM operation.
• Accounting and banking operations knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
